Our baby was around 5mo and would rely on pacifier, carrying and rocking to sleep. We knew it wasn’t sustainable, especially when she even started to resist those props and would protest almost every nap and bedtime. With sleep training under Han Ying’s patient and structured guidance, our baby quickly learnt how to fall asleep independently and her sleep quality improved. We also gained valuable knowledge about optimising our baby’s sleep which we believe is key to a happy and healthy baby! Han Ying was responsive, clear and detailed during the training, which gave us a lot of reassurance. She’s also a warm and kind person who supported us very well. We were once sceptical and unsure about sleep training, but we’ve witnessed how helpful it has been and we hope all struggling parents could consider this too!Posted on Emily OngTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I am really glad to have engaged Han Ying as my baby’s sleep trainer. I was at my wit’s end dealing with my 6 months old baby’s nap and bedtime routines. My husband and I had been carrying, rocking, and patting our baby to sleep since he was a newborn, but ever since he turned 4 months old, he began resisting our help. It became increasingly challenging to get him to sleep despite following the generic wake window guide. Han Ying provided tremendous support by troubleshooting and closely monitoring my baby’s wake times during the transition week before we officially started sleep training. I was already seeing huge improvements in my baby’s sleep during that week and was truly amazed! Getting the timing right made all the difference, and we couldn’t have done it without Han Ying’s guidance! She created a personalized sleep plan and set clear goals with us. My baby is now able to self-soothe, fall asleep independently, and sleep for longer stretches at night without waking every three hours for a feed. 😌 Thank you, Han Ying, for being such a great support in establishing a healthy sleep routine for my baby!Posted on Shermaine LimTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I engaged Han Ying to sleep train my baby at 4.5 month old and it was the best decision ever! While my baby has no problem to self sleep at night, day naps were very hard as he needs constant carrying and rocking. Naps are very short too. I like it that Han Ying’s method is scientific, using sleep app to track and study baby wake times instead of just letting baby cry it out. Within a week of sleep training, my baby is able to fall asleep by himself with minimal cries. With sleeping training, my baby is more well rested and his appetite increased too. Thanks Han Ying!Posted on DanielleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We cannot thank Han Ying enough - from sleep training our baby Z when he was 3.5 months old (enabling him to sleep independently) to troubleshooting his sleep schedule when he's now 10.5-11 months old! Han Ying's approach is patient and consistent - she encouraged us to slowly wean Z off sleep props such as patting and rocking him to sleep, before starting sleep training. Throughout the 2 weeks, Han Ying guided us for each nap and night sleep and taught us through the troubleshooting methods, enabling us to continue supporting Z's healthy sleep habits. Till now, Z mostly sleeps through the night for 10-12h stretches :') I approached Han Ying again when Z was 10.5 months and I was frustrated and at my wit's end with his short naps and early wake-ups. As usual, she reviewed his sleep schedule and wake times in detail and was able to troubleshoot his wake times, allowing him to have more restful naps and restorative night sleep again. I'd always keep recommending Han Ying! As a first time mum, a baby's sleep in the first year can be so confusing to figure out. But I'm grateful to have had Han Ying's guidance and patience, especially through these nap transitions! Thank you again Han Ying :)Posted on Jeremy HanTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I would recommend the services of Han Ying if anyone wishes to sleep train their kid. Her methods were detailed, scientific and she was responsive and patient throughout our sleep training journey. She also offered additional support beyond the agreed period to ensure that our baby boy was finally more settled into his sleep routines. Until now, we are still employing her methods to manage our baby's sleep schedule and fingers crossed, so far so good!Posted on Yeen LeeTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Han Ying was supportive and able to guide me. I finally got her to sleep earlier after few weeks. Can see many improvements in terms of sleep and behaviour and speech.Posted on weiwen tanTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Thank you Han Ying for troubleshooting my son's sleep schedule. He was waking up at 4-5am for nearing 1 month. Thanks to Han Ying, he finally does not have early wakeup. Han Ying was friendly and patience in guiding me throughout the 1 week support too. :)Posted on Sierra LaiTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Engaged Hanying for 2 weeks in end April to help with my 9 month old baby’s sleep issues: relying on rocking, holding and pacifier to sleep, short naps, early morning wakings and split nights. We had previously tried to use Ferber method when baby was 6 months old with limited success due to illness. Hanying had a questionnaire and a call to discuss on the sleep plan. Prior to the start of sleep training, we also went cold turkey for the pacifier on our own (basically cry it out). After sleep training officially started, the first 2 nights he managed to sleep almost 10.5 hours! And put himself to sleep for 2 naps in the day of 1.5h each. Unfortunately, the good results didn’t last and for most of the rest of the 14 days it was either -waking throughout the night, - split nights (woke up for 1-2hours e.g 3-5am before going back to sleep) or - early wake ups (4-6am) and not returning to sleep. As a result, my baby was still sleeping around 12 hours in 24 hours, not the “target” 11 hours night sleep and 3 hours naps that Hanying mentioned was the average for 9 months old. In discussions with Hanying, she did mention that it is difficult with baby in infant care because the naps are not controlled and timing given by the school may not be accurate. And also that most infants she helps with sleep scheduling are already independent sleepers when they engage her. Whereas mine was not an independent sleeper + sleep scheduling problem. At the end of the 14 days, we still couldn’t not figure out the schedule to get rid of his split nights and early morning wakes despite the trial and errors. Also no idea whether he is overtired or undertired.. I thought that engaging a sleep consultant would give more individualised advice but perhaps 14days+ is just not enough. For parents with babies in infant care, note that baby needs to be out of infant care for 3 weekdays at least, to learn the independent sleep skills. Mine was out of IFC for 5.5 days during the 14 days but unfortunately that doesn’t seem enough. If you’re a working parent with baby attending IFC, need to think twice whether to spend this money (and your leave!) on sleep training cos you may not get the results you want.. wish I could give a 5 star review but one month after sleep training ended I’m still one tired mama waking up for a few hours in the early morning😭 TLDR: slightly helpful to learn how to manage baby’s sleep but don’t expect all problems to be solved especially if your baby has alot of sleep problems.Posted on Kai LingTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Engaged Hanying because we were struggling to get our 8m old baby L to sleep. He was heavily dependent on sleeping props such as swaddle, pacifier, carrying, patting, rocking and feeding. Thus, we were initially worried about whether we could even wean him off these props. With the guidance from Hanying and detailed explanation on how to wean off, our baby boy managed to sleep independent without these props and he has started to sleep for longer hours! We would like to thank Hanying for being so patient with us as we had many questions posed to her due to uncertainty and she addressed our questions almost immediately within the day. Husband said that starting sleeping training from Hanying is one of best investment we could give for ourselves and our boy. And I couldn't agree more! Thanks to the sleep training, we could have more well rested night and it made a lot of difference to our wellbeing: Would Definitely recommend Hanying to our friends! 🙏😄Verified by TrustindexTrustindex verified badge is the Universal Symbol of Trust.
