A Life-Changing Experience – 10/10!

We had the most amazing experience with our baby’s sleep trainer- Han Ying, and I cannot recommend her enough! From the very beginning, she provided clear, structured instructions with detailed write-ups and data, making it easy to follow the process step by step.

It was definitely a right decision to have seek advice from Han Ying when Baby C was 4 months old to troubleshoot his sleep schedule.

I started sleeping training Baby C when he was 10 weeks old and I thought I was doing a fantastic job for my second born (as I couldn’t sleep train my first born myself).

His sleep suddenly went haywire at 15 weeks and I totally lost it. I just couldn’t nail his sleep anymore.

Han Ying suggested a wt schedule for me to try and she immediately nailed it! His wt had shot up so much that I don’t think I would have figured it out on my own.

This period just so coincided with his developmental milestone. Baby C has mastered flipping!!! But not sleeping in prone position :/ It affected his night quite badly. I got really worried if his poor night sleep was because of the infamous 4th month sleep regression. I am very thankful to have her reassurance and explanation to put me at ease.

Decided to engaged Han Ying from Rested Mum Happy Bub to solve LBB’s sleeping problem. Having to rock and pat LBB (already 9 months)to nap and sleep was making both me and my husband exhausted. We had a goal to make LBB an independent sleeper.

Was skeptical about sleep training at first and had almost no idea how a sleep schedule can work on babies. Han Ying was patient and assuring all the time to me, a FTM who was nervous about the sleep training.

LBB was a cham and through consistency and patience, he was able to self soothe to sleep in the 2 weeks training. It was really life changing and all of our sleeps are restored. LBB now has better sleeps and minimum night wakes and is so much happier in his wake time. (he used to be cranky all the time due to poor naps/sleep routines).
